Dear Friends,
  I'm sharing the sad news that Arlene passed from this life peacefully this morning. She is an amazing person, with many gifts and a strong, faithful, justice-seeking spirit. She has blessed our lives. May we find comfort and peace in our connections with her that are not broken.
  We trust that Arlene continues to be held in God's arms and light and love. Let's be kind to one another and share love. Thanks for your presence in Arlene's life.
  A celebration of Arlene's life will be held in early spring.
