I met Anne Hughes through SFGH/LHH. Every time you met Anne in the corridors she had this larger-than-life smile. She possessed an encyclopedia of nursing knowledge. People like Anne come but once a generation, so kind and a true icon of nursing.

Just heard that Anne has passed. So sad to hear this. Our family has lost a very cherished member.Anne was a wonderful person and will be missed by so many. My love goes especially to Marylin . So glad she found Marylin to share her life journey.
