I am writing this with tears of joy and gratitude. Two weeks ago, we received the best possible news! The pet scan from November 9th, showed no visible evidence of cancer in my body. Per conventional standards, I am in remission, although Dr. Goodyear and I would prefer to say instead that my body is healing well. I am extremely grateful to God for a clear pet scan and how well my body handled treatment this time in November. This is great reason for praise! Both Daniel and I are greatly encouraged by the pet scan results and the blood work. We know our God is a great physical and worthy of our trust. We praise Him for His kindness, for His grace and for answering countless prayers! We can’t express how much you and your prayers have meant to us. We extend our heartfelt gratitude, THANK YOU so much for being our prayer warriors and encouragers! And most importantly, above all, we thank you, Lord!

“ The lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him… The Lord has established His throne in the heavens; And His sovereignty rules overall.” (Psalm 103:17, 19)

Also, a quick update. Daniel and I will be flying to Arizona from December 7th-10th for further treatment. Although, we see no visible cancer in my body, my doctor in AZ suggest continuing receiving treatment to kill any cancer cells that we do not see but might be circulating in my body. In December, I will receive the same treatment as in the past. In addition, I will take two specific blood work test that are very costly but are very helpful to determine what treatment I will receive going forward and how often. The results of the tests will give better understanding of the environment in my body and how aggressively we need to continue treatment. Also, it looks at the changing of cancer and its behavior.  Other than that, there is no treatment plan set for me to update on until we can talk with Dr. Goodyear January 2021. 

We continue to pray and trust in the Lord to give me complete healing. We bring our hearts’ desire before a sovereign King and ask for His will to be done. We do want to ask you to join with us as we continue to pray. We believe your prayers matter and they are precious to God and they are also precious to us.
