I didn't realize I haven't updated you all since September of 2022! That is mostly because, not much has changed! I've passed my 3 year Craniaversary! I recently changed from getting MRIs every 3 months to every 4.  That will keep decreasing in frequency every year.


As far as walking goals, I've kept at it. In my last update, I mentioned upping my goal to 3 miles a day. I met the goal of doing that for a year and on March 1, 2023 I upped my daily goal to at least 10,000 steps per day! As of today, I met my goal of doing that for a year!  I am going to make sure I get 10,000 steps tomorrow, too, since it is still February. Then, starting March 1, I am changing up my goal for the next year. I will still have a daily goal but it won't always be about steps. My arms and core need in on this too! So, for the next year, I am going to incorporate strength workouts of at least 30 minutes. On strength training days I won't always get 10,000 steps. On non-strength days, I will walk at least 10,000 steps. 

It might be a while before I check in again but no news is good news!
