Hello Family and Friends 

I’m mainly posting about every three months after scans to make updates. I just had scans done in the last couple of weeks and we keep praying for continued healing and a full cure by God’s hand. 

I really don’t honestly know how people get through something this tough without God. Even after scans, just reaching out to my Heavenly Father ‘Abba’ gives me a sense of peace in the midst of the storms. 

So many people prayed and continue to pray for me. THANK YOU! Prayers do work. God still heals! 

My scans this round were even better than I expected. My bone scans look pretty clear, no new tumors and just lesions in the liver that are healing. The lung node that was in my January scan is gone. PRAISE GOD! 

The cancer antigen that gets tested in my bloodwork is almost in the normal range where there is no cancer threat. I’m posting a picture of my antigen test from August 2022 through now, showing when it was measuring close to 10,000 units and tumors just about everywhere to the point that it fractured my hip, blocked my kidney function and encased my liver to now the unit of measure is 34 (below 32 is ‘normal’) what a miracle!

Jesse looked up a late lunch spot for us to stop at in Chelsea just outside of Ann Arbor after the scan review appt.  called ‘Grateful Crow’ and we joked that we couldn’t find a more relevant lunch title to celebrate good news. When we got there I about cried when the server introduced herself as ‘Faith’! It was one of those God wink moments. I’m attaching a picture of the top of our receipt and wanted to keep this as a beautiful reminder of how God speaks to us sometimes. I told Faith about our great news and she shared that her Mother is a 4x cancer round fighter and is still here (join us in a prayer to bless her Mother with good health).  This restaurant is a fusion restaurant (burgers/sushi) tribute to Grateful Dead band.  There was a quote on the wall, something about finding the light even in the darkest of places and I couldn’t agree more. That has been my journey. If anyone is passing through the Chelsea area, we highly recommended this place and ask for Faith. 

Because of God’s miracle and your prayers I get to be around for some exciting events for our kids. Austin is driving us around with his new permit, thinking of Summer work and Destiny was just recently engaged and we get to welcome a new Son in Law to our Family later this year. She is in full planning mode and I’m so excited to her here for this. I’m excited to be well enough to enjoy our Grandson this Summer. I’m loving all of the small groups that we are engaging in and these friendships mean  the world to me. 

we are praying for so many who are in their valleys right now and seeing God answer many prayers. 

We celebrated Jesus resurrection on Easter Sunday and His sacrifice and obedience to our Heavenly Father means something deeper to me this year. We fully believe In salvation through Jesus Christ and believe the miracle of His birth, life, death, burial and resurrection. He is my good shepherd and has led me to green pastures and cool waters. I owe all the glory to God.
