Journal entry by Angie Goltz —
Monday April 1st was my 5th chemo treatment. Not much has happened other than the same side effects have consisted of nausea, diarrhea, headaches, fatigue, and a rash like on my face, neck and chest. Things are going about the same. I did have to have magnesium infusions on April 8th (stuck inside during the eclipse) it was cloudy that day anyways. 😊 This time I had to have 4 hours of a slow drip infusion. I’ve missed some work due to not feeling well.
******* My VERY LAST 6th Chemo treatment is scheduled for Monday April 22nd!!!*******
To say I am excited Is an understatement!! My sister Amber will be arriving on Saturday April 20th to share this milestone with me as well as our mom, Pam 🥰 I will then meet with my surgeon on Friday April 26th to discuss and schedule what kind of surgery I will have following my last chemo treatment. This will take place 3-4 weeks afterwards.
Thank you all once again for all the prayers, love and support! It’s so very much appreciated!
God Bless,
Angela
