Missed some important updates :(  However, by now most of you know that care facilities are now not allowing visitors.  

Andy is back at Augustana.  We were just in the early planning stages of where is next place to call home was going to be when the COVID-19 pandemic fell upon us here in the United States.  So as of now, most care facilities are not accepting new clients/referrals - as most the country business and services are halted as we hope to slow the spread of the virus. So this appears to be on hold for the moment.  He is still getting support from his Relocation Specialist...just remotely.   

Andy is continuing with his PT, continuing to monitor blood clot related issues in his legs.  In an appointment at Regions today, it was resolved that the blood thinners he is taking are working, however he still experiences some pain and unconfutable sensations in his leg that they have yet to determine the cause.  

Lets all do our part in slowing and reducing the spread of COVID-19!  If you are reading this, you are probably care of Andy's well-being... and he would be one that is in the most vulnerable group.
