Family and Friends,

Arrangements for Amy have been finalized. Visitation will be held Thursday October 17th from 4-7 pm at Schrader Funeral Home and Crematory in Ballwin, Missouri. Funeral Service will be held on Friday October 18th at 2:30 pm, also at Schrader. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, Amy's family is asking for contributions be made to Mercy Clinic - Children's Cancer and Hematology.
