"Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire beside you. My flesh (health) and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever" Psalms 73:25-26 This is the scripture God has placed in my spirit for this leg of the journey in my life. As many of you know, I'm a two time cancer survivor. In 2006 I was diagnosed with Myxoid Liposarcoma and I'm a 15 year survivor as of October 4th 2021. In 2014 I was diagnosed with Acral Lentiginous Melanoma and underwent five surgeries to repair my foot which suggestions were made for amputation. However God is faithful. Most recently I was diagnosed with Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy, in which I was told was genetic. I was also told I needed a heart transplant however wasn't a candidate because of comorbidities. Two days later I was alerted to the fact that on a recent brain scan I had a Meningioma on the right frontal lobe of my brain and it has been causing constant headaches, numbness, tingling, unsteady gait, and a myriad of other little unpleasant sensations that are just a pain. This has not been my first rodeo with sickness and disease. I know without a doubt that God is near and he is here for me. I take solace in the finished work at Calvary that Jesus bore my sickness and disease and by his stripes I am healed. I challenge you to journey with me in prayer, praise, support, laughter and joy and of course....testimony time... as we "Run on and see what the end will be".

We've always been taught that humility was thinking less of yourself. But it's really about taking up your the space God intended the for you, nothing more, nothing less.
