Ali’s Story

Site created on October 9, 2018

Ali was taken to the ER on October 7, due to repeated headaches.  Once there, it was determined that she had a brain mass and it needed to be operated on.  This is the place to receive updates and leave notes.  Thank you for checking out Ali's Story.

Journal entry by Ali Rouse

It’s been a nerve-racking last week waiting to go into the MRI machine. I’ve been getting sleepier and sleepier and this was starting to scare me, however I did have Covid two months ago and I’m thinking I’m feeling some of those effects still.  I jokingly always ask for the quiet MRI machine, and to my surprise, there was a new machine that was significantly quieter and much more pleasant today. I was able to get my results within about two hours and they showed that my tumor has not grown at all and my scan was clear. Dan and I celebrated with acoustic Café for lunch :-)
