So I'm in the hospital again. I've been here since Saturday. I was admitted with severe abdominal pain. I thought it was from a partial blockage but it turns out that one of my tumors grew enough that it was picking and blocking the tube from my kidney to my bladder. So yesterday they placed a stint to open the path back up. That instantly relieved the extreme pain the blockage caused. Today I stopped the PCA pump and am on oral oxycodone only. With any luck I'll get to go home tomorrow!
