Journal entry by Stacey Barklage

Thank you for all your continued prayers.

I spoke with both Moffitt and his Dr. at FSU, all blood work and scans are normal🙏 Feeling blessed.
Alec was scheduled to have scans on December 9th so we are going to reschedule/readjust what tests he needs and it looks like he will be cleared until January.

Busy researching side effects from the chemotherapy treatments and how we can rebuild Alec's body and mind and rid it from any toxins left in his tissues. We are looking at whether dehydration is playing a part in his kidney/back pain.  A month ago he was in the ER in Tallahassee because he was dehydrated and he needed to receive IV fluids.  He went weeks before the kidney started causing him discomfort. Can't rule out if this is connected.  We continue to pray over his body - 100% perfectly healed🙏
During my recent trip we started added lemon water and cranberry juice to his diet to flush the kidneys.  He has added to his holistic regimen - hopeful this will keep him healthy and allow him to finish strong this semester.

Thank you for your prayers.  Thank you for your uplifting comments.  Thank you for your support.

Thought I would share photos of Alec his first week in Tallahassee.  So grateful he is at FSU!
