Follow up with surgeon after biopsy . Received copy of pathology report confirming cancer as Invasive Lobular Carcinoma.
Hormone status is positive and HER2 negative so it should respond well to hormone blockers after surgery.
Jay, Britt & Larry went to appt so everyone would be informed. Got referred to an Oncologist and a plastic surgeon. MRI scheduled for Feb 25 and Oncologist on Mar 3. Need to make an appt with primary care doctor for anxiety & with plastic surgeon after MRI .
The biggest decision of my life....lumpectomy or mastectomy?
