On a work trip for her brand new job, Adena started to feel sick but battled through it because she’s a hard worker and a mother of dragons (two teenage boys) so nothing can stop her. Upon arrival back in Michigan, her husband Jeff took her to the ER as she was looking jaundice. After a lot of tests, a scope and some imaging, a blocked bile duct became a lot more and she was given the dreaded cancer diagnosis. Stage 3 pancreatic cancer. Right now it’s wrapped around some important vessels that need to let go of it in order for her to receive surgery. Please pray to your higher power that the chemo she’s about to get shrinks the tumor. We know she will get through it but respectfully request your prayers and good vibes. A friend once said - “a prayer is the least you can do for someone, and the most you can do for someone”.
