Journal entry by justin sadler —
I woke up this morning and took care of the kids. Stress weighing at me as per usual. The wife, pregnant and nagging, gets ready for work. The day just getting started. Finally, first cig of the day. My grandmother calls, "Jason will be here in a minute with concrete." Fantastic, back aching and throbbing, I take a hit of my vape and suck it up. As I walk out to the end of the driveway, the Alabama heat is beating down on my bare back. I grab the rake and start spreading.
