Journal entry by Shelley Tijerina

A Meal Train has been created to support the Navarro Family. Prissy, RJ and the kids arrived home safely after a long, hard trip. If you've been following their journey on CaringBridge, you know that Shorty has suffered a substantial number of injuries. Though he's home now, there is lots of follow-up care, which means they will have to travel back to OKC for his appointments. Shorty has limited mobility and needs constant care. Also, the doctors have recently discovered that there is some nerve damage as well. It's too soon to know the extent of the damage or whether it will be permanent. The family continues to ask for prayers and positive thoughts at this time. Please consider signing up to prepare a meal and deliver to Prissy's parents' house. Or, if you're short on time, Grubhub and grocery gift cards are an easy option. Honestly, anything helps.
