Home Day 3: Allie here. I’ve been home from the hospital for 3 days and everyday is a little bit better. My parents are staying with us all week to help with the transition and making our lives way easier! 

Because I had surgery on my hip, I cannot put weight on my left leg and will be using a walker for the next 6-8 weeks. Cam has been a huge help in modifying the house to help me get around and be as independent as possible. 

I’ll be headed back to the hospital in a few weeks for a check up on my hip and stomach to see how I’m healing. I’ll be sure to update then. 

Molly is at home healing with her parents and while she has a long road to recovery, she is healing a little everyday. She will still need surgery on her hand once she has healed from her previous two surgeries. 

Blakely got a trach put in today to help with her swallowing. Next steps are to remove her breathing tube.
