Abhi Vinubhai Shah

Abhi V. Shah, age 45 of West Chester, PA passed away peacefully April 6, 2024 after a long illness.

Born in Jackson, Michigan on November 6, 1978, Abhi was the son of Bharti and Vinubhai Shah.  He graduated from Eastern Regional High School in 1996 and earned bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Illinois in 2000.

Abhi loved Philly sports, reading, food, and his family.  He also enjoyed running and playing tennis.  He was known for having a great sense of humor and a lifelong passion for knowledge that was only surpassed by his voracious appetite for good food.  He loved to explore and experience various cuisines, often sharing these experiences with family and friends.

Abhi is survived by his loving wife, Sutthida “June”; three beautiful children, Prem (12), Devin (5), and Daelynn (2).  In addition, he is survived by his parents; brother, Hiten; nieces, Pari and Riya and numerous other family and friends.

Abhi’s passion for life and dedication to his family was unparalleled.  He will be so missed.

A visitation and service to celebrate Abhi’s life will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at the LONGWOOD FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION of MATTHEW GENEREUX, 913 East Baltimore Pike, Kennett Square, PA 19348.  All are welcome to attend.
