Mara Wenaas

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We have had such an out pouring of love that we are having a hard time keeping everyone updated and hope that you use this site to get updated information.  We still love the calls and texts and want you to know that we read every single one of them and can't always get to responding!


Mara was born 7lbs 3oz  on Thursday, December 27 at 12:08  via emergency C-section due significant blood loss due to fetal maternal hemorrhage. She received a blood transfusion and is currently at Children's Hospital in Minneapolis. She is currently being monitored for functioning of organs and will be having neurological evaluations as brain damage has likely occurred according to the doctors. We wait patiently to learn more about her needs and love her dearly.
