On December 15th, 2020 mom was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Stage 2A. "Breast cancer". After a week of testing including, repeat mammograms, ultrasound, MRI and a biopsy, she found out that the cancer is HER-2 positive which means that she will need aggressive chemotherapy, followed by surgery, and then radiation. This will be a long road but with love and support and her ever strong faith, she will beat this!! As you can see in the pictures we had a wonderful Christmas with mom and dad, spending extra time together knowing the long road to come. Her doctors decided to wait until after Christmas to start treatments and procedures to let mom enjoy the holidays. Love, Chrissy
