Kolleen chose to have gastric bypass surgery to better her life on Wednesday October 20, 2021. Unfortunately, recovery did not go as planned and complications resulted in multiple surgeries and interventions to save her life. Kolleen is intubated and on bypass to keep her lungs working and has severe sepsis and pneumonia. We are a family built of strength and faith and are putting this in God's hands. She is making small improvements and those milestones are keeping us positive. She is not out of the woods by any means. In the mean time, love, support, and prayers mean more than anything.
