Last week Carolyn suffered a stroked triggered by a blood clot. Visitors are not yet a good idea, but your well wishes and comments via this website are appreciated and will be shared with her as well. There is a long road of physical therapy ahead of her, however we all know she is a fighter. Thank you again for all your kindness during this time.
10/11/19 Carolyn is having small milestones in her healing. We are waiting for a bed at Bend Transitional Care to move her next week and then the rehabilitation therapy can begin! Carolyn understands what is being said and has spoke a few words as well. Her right foot is moving which is a huge blessing.
10/16/19 Carolyn was moved Sunday to a rehabilitation home and today back in emergency. We are uncertain of issue at this time. We will update you when we know more. UPDATE: Carolyn responding again and is returning to Bend Transitional Care.
