Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. A little background on Austin. Austin was born early at only 28.6 weeks we give him the day and just call it 29 weeks. He was born on March 22, 2019 at 9:40 AM, by emergency c-section at UC Hospital. He weighed 3.8 pounds and was 16 inches long. He was admitted in to the NICU at UC Medical Center. On March 29, 2019 we found out that Austin had devloped a grade 4 brain bleed on each side of his brain; he was then transferred to Cincinnati Children's NICU and is expected to be here until June.
