On November 17th, 2017, I went for a mammogram on both breast to rule out pain I was feeling on the right side of my body from my shoulder and arm. I was called back on November 22nd for a second one only on my left side. After the second mammogram, they performed an ultrasound on the left side and found out there was a lump. I was instructed to have it biopsied and we scheduled it on 28th of November. On November 30th, I was told by the doctor that I was positive for breast cancer.
