Rallying Social Support for Patients and Caregivers
Healthcare teams do more than provide clinical care. Through nursing, social work, child life, chaplaincy and patient experience, hospitals are nurturing the emotional needs of patients. By partnering with CaringBridge, you and your staff can amplify your impact, helping the patients and caregivers you serve reduce isolation and focus on healing while mobilizing their community.

How to Support Patients During Covid-19
With the evolving impact of COVID-19, and visitor restrictions and social isolation of patients, many hospitals and health systems are encouraging patients and family caregivers to use CaringBridge to make private, personal connections.
Hospitals are sharing CaringBridge as a resource by encouraging families to start a site at admission to establish a process to keep loved ones up to date, installing the CaringBridge app to provide patient bedside connections and recommending families identify a family member to be the point person with the care team and using CaringBridge to share information with loved ones to reduce call volume.
What Current Partners Are Saying
Partnerships with organizations such as CaringBridge, that can offer impactful support and connection, are an integral part of our public health approach to ensure we reach all Veterans."

Websites such as CaringBridge … are helpful because they allow families to share the amount of information they are comfortable with giving out. Some families like to post news daily, and some prefer to share updates occasionally. CaringBridge allows the family to control the information, ensuring it is accurate."

I love CaringBridge. I tell my families all the time to start a site because if they aren’t overwhelmed yet, they soon will be and CaringBridge is so helpful."
