This is the first half of Psalm 86. I know it's a bit long, but it's really special and I pray that it will give you comfort. Ps 86:1-7: Bow down thine ear, O LORD, hear me: for I am poor and needy. Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee. Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily. Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. Give ear, O LORD, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications. In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. The Prayer Bears Website Lynn <aprayerbear@gmail.com> Seattle, WA United States - Tuesday, November 28, 2006 10:37 PM CST I know the passage is long, but I just had to include all these verses. They really show what's in the Psalmist's heart. Praying that they touch your heart as well. Psalm 116:1-5: I love the LORD, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications. Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live. The sorrows of death compassed me, and the pains of hell gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow. Then called I upon the name of the LORD; O LORD, I beseech thee, deliver my soul. Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful. The Prayer Bears Website Lynn <aprayerbear@gmail.com> Seattle, WA United States - Monday, November 27, 2006 1:06 AM CST Praying you had a good Thanksgiving! This section of Scripture is longer today but wanted to keep the complete thought of the text. This is my prayer for you: Eph.3:14-19: For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. I find these verses some of the most amazing in all of Scripture. Yes, I'm here praying for for you and your family, but what's infinitely better is the Holy Spirit Himself is praying for YOU, perfectly according to His Will. Rom.8:26-27: Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. She sounds like a remarkable lady who will be greatly missed and always remembered! Tabby, you have just had a terrible time the last couple of weeks, haven't you? First, a virus with bad poopies and now, a bad ol' rash!!! But I'm so glad to hear that you're still smiling and squeeling!!! You are getting to be such a big girl! It won't be long and you'll be bigger than your Mommie! :0) Well, you're definitely beautiful just like her!!! Are you enjoying having Bradley home this summer? I bet you two have lots of fun together! You ought to take Mrs. Cyndi's offer up on swimming in her pool - that would be so much fun!!! By the way, Karen, there was a booth at the Mito conference about aquatic therapy and they had some great stuff, including flotation aids and instructional videos - their website is www.sprintaquatics.com. I know that you said were interested in that before. Taylor loves it and did great last year, and we will probably start back soon. I hope the whole West Family has a great Fourth of July! I hope that we can get together again soon, when Tabby gets better! I hope and pray that she continues to have more and more GREAT days!!! May God Bless You, Karen - You are an incredible mother!!! Sonya Murray, Mommy of Taylor (www.caringbridge.org/visit/tay-tay) <bamagirl01@comcast.net> Smyrna, TN - Friday, June 30, 2006 9:15 PM CDT Hello my pretty Angel, I'm glad to hear that you're feeling a little better today. I was reading about the Roseola and it says once you get it and have recovered your body develops an immunity to it and you don't ever get it again. I wish that was true with everything and by the time you are a teen-ager you wouldn't have to be sick anymore. You're picture is so beautiful and I want to hug you so bad. Lord knows I can't wait to see you and Bubba again. It's just too long between visits. Hope Mom and Dad are doing okay. Give Bubba a big hug for me til I see you all again.xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox Love always Nana Barbara Whitaker <bwhitaker@stellram.com> Shelbyville, TN USA - Friday, June 30, 2006 3:44 PM CDT Tabby,Wishing you and your family a very Happy Independance Day!God bless, love&hugs,Linn,Daniel & Ariel The Marrero's <gillinn7@msn.com> Port Orchard, wa usa - Friday, June 30, 2006 2:33 AM CDT Hello!
