Hey Everyone,
Thank you so very much for the prayers for Ruby. I received a e-mail message from Lisa yesterday with the pic's of Ruby. She said that her and Sean have pretty much decided not to continue with her Chemo Treatments. As Dr. Vega and the other doctors that they have talked to said that since it has spread to her brain since she has started chemo, that they really do not believe that they can save her. This is so hard to deal with and except. Lisa and Sean both need your prayers. This is a very hard time for them both.

Hey,
Well we received some bad news about Ruby today. Yesterday afternoon they had to do a spinal tap on her. They suspect that she has developed Meningitis. Lisa and Sean both are very upset. She is still also having a hard time keeping anything down. Then this morning the opthamolgist came in because one of her eyes was moving around very strangely. So they looked at her and they believe that she has developed a tumor on the Brain. So it is not looking good. But we are not giving up God has performed miracles before and he can do it again as long as there are plenty of prayers for her.
Please leave a message for Lisa. As she really needs all the support that she can get right know.

Hey,
This is a short message about Ruby and her mother Lisa. Ruby was born on 11-21-04. Lisa thought she was taking home a beautiful healthy baby girl. But within a very short period of time it was clear that this was not so. At first the doctors thought she had fluid built up on the brain so they placed a shunt. But by Jan. 5, 2005 she stopped moving her right leg. After blood test and xrays were done. They found a mass on her right leg. And then found the other tumors all over her little body. The doctor's have said that this is a very rare form of cancer. Here at MCG Children's Medical Center the doctor's have seen only 4 cases. Ruby's being the fourth case. She needs all the prayers that she can get. So Please pray for her and her mother Lisa that God will bless them both. And that Ruby will be cured of this terrible cancer.
