Im not sure why but i have been thinking about that day so much lately. The fact that we had almost lost you still hurts me inside! You are such an amazing kid. I cant believe it has been over 4 years already because sometimes when i close my eyes it feels like yesturday! I am so glad that you cant remember that day. You are so strong and I am happy that you are playing football now! I Love you sooo much and hope that none of us ever have to experience this again!

Hey Hey Hey!!!!! Thank GOD things worked out the way that they did for my little brave Bubba! Tuesday March 1st Justyn had his Neorologist appt and Dr. Waldman said that he is REMARKABLE!!!! Is that great or what! Justyn has been itiching to get back into "GYM" and he asked the Dr. if this now means that he can play gym again, and Dr. said OH YES YOU CAN!!!:) Awesome huh? Well Friday the 4th is the big GYM day and Justyn is looking forward to that. I love you so so so much Justyn, you are such a BIG BOY. Mommys little fighter huh? Have fun on Friday in GYM Justyn and I'm sure that I will hear about it all that night. HUGS AND KISSES BUBBA!!! Love you mommy

Hi there my favorite 2nd grandson. Boy this has been quite a year. I thank GOD each and everyday for the miracle of your healing. Our hearts were so scared that beautiful day in July, when, within in minutes we thought your life was over. Once Aunt Rebekah started this webpage it was truly a miracle. One day at a time you improved. My birthday was in July - you were being transferred to Sunnyview for rehabilitation. You still were in a deep fog. You were not talking, walking, but you were alive. Each day you did something else remarkable. On your 2nd day at sunnyview you started feeding yourself, 3rd day you were taking a ride in your special chair, 4th day you were walking and talking. Once you seen your favorite cousin Zachary you smiled, kissed everybody and all of a sudden Justyn was coming back to us. That's what life is all about, one day at a time. And this day I am wishing you the happiest and healthiest new year ever. Pop and I love you forever, keep up the good work buddy. We are so proud of you.

You and your Aunt Rebekah really out did yourselves. WOW. Today when I checked the mail there was that great big old box from you all to Cheyenne.

When I got home, she had read the entry saying that something was coming, and she could hardly wait to open it. She opened it up, and then like the young lady that she is, pulled out the Beautiful booklet, and studied/read it for 15 minutes, smiling all the time. Now, I would have probably looked in the box first, but not that little lady... Finally she pulled out that BEAUTIFUL blanket, and you should have seen the look on her face as she studied it. She would reach and touch the photos on it, and look at us and smile. She commented that it was like getting hugs from you all when she wrapped it around her. It is SO BEAUTIFUL!!!

As soon as we can get a photo of Cheyenne all wrapped up in it we will put it on the web page so you can see how happy she is...

DEar Justyn and Family,

I just read the update and want you all to know that I am still praying for Justyn.

Cheyenne was mentioned here, and I want you to know that I pray for her regularly. As you say, her father, Roy, is a fantastic supporter of many children with illnesses and injuries.

I believe I know the same Kody, too. I think his is one of the websites that doesn't work well with my computer.

I will try to find the other sites you mnetioned. The least that I can do, is look at the children's pictures, read a little, and sign thier guest books, at least once.

I am very glad that Justyn had a great birthday. That Spiderman floor puzzle sounds great! My son is a teenager, but he would probably love that puzzle, too.

Justyn is blessed with a wonderful family, and with God's blessings and their help, he will do well.
