Just to let you know that we think of you from time to time, it is so wonderful to read that things continue to be good. Will keep right on checking, even if it does take 5 more years. Do you go to the survivorship clinic at CHOP? Grace does, sure would be neat to run into each other some day.

CREATE A PEPPER AT CHILI'S TO FIGHT CHILDHOOD CANCER!!!!

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Chili’s Grill & Bar® announced the kick-off of their fifth annual Create-A-Pepper to Fight Childhood Cancer campaign. Now through September 30, Chili’s restaurants around the country and, for the first time, in Puerto Rico, are marking National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month by inviting people to get creative and raise funds to help St. Jude find cures and save children with cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases.
Guests at participating Chili’s restaurants can contribute to St. Jude in multiple ways:

- Make a donation to St. Jude and receive a Create-A-Pepper chili pepper coloring sheet designed for display at restaurants during the month.

- Purchase Create-A-Pepper T-shirts that can be customized with permanent marker.

- Buy a customized Create-A-Pepper key that can be cut for use at home or the office.

- Eat at Chili’s on Monday, Sept. 29, when Chili’s will donate 100 percent of profits from participating restaurant sales to St. Jude.

Visit www.createapepper.com and to make an online donation.

PASS IT AROUND!!!!

yea!!! Dominic is beautiful, as is the whole family. Doreen and Neal, what wonderful children you have and to add one more is such a blessing. Thanksgiving will be a time you can be purely joyful!!! So glad Aniello is doing so well. Alex is too. It's good to live without cancer, isn't it? I always seem to have in the back of my mind, all those that didn't get the same outcome we did. For that, Thanksgiving is even more special. Hope you and your family have a wonderful, beautiful, special day!

Wooo Hoooo! Loving to hear the Clear Scans report!!! We have just been moved to every 6 mos. (it's been 2 yrs since dx). I know my hospital is not one of the best, but thankfully, Laurel breezed thru her protocol as if it were nothing. I've read @ some really bad doctors (playing know-it-alls). CHOP is one of the best! Happy Birthday Aniello! (WOW, love that name!)

myspace layouts, myspace codes, glitter graphics

It was just my birthday, too. I am a "few" (eh'em) years older than you, but you are catching up! ha!

My son, Christian, is a Wilms Warrior like you. He just started kindergarten and will turn 6 in January. We hope he will be a success story and follow your lead. We also have scans coming up. They are his first scans off of treatment so I am a bit nervous. His scans are the day before yours - Sept. 14th.

BIG HUGS to you and Princess Briana!

Well we are in remission and your story is one of the very first we found, it gave us lots of hope. Also we went to CHOP too, so that helped. Yesterday there were two beautiful 3 year old girls there in onco. Both of those little girls have Wilms Stage 3. One was dx in Dec the other in Jan. Sharon told them about the Caring Bridge site and Wilms Tumor Homepages, told them there are good stories and friends there. Hopefully the Moms will hook up with this great network of hope and help, I pray they find your story. Thank you for emailing us at the beginning it helped keep us sane. Aniello is very handsome and I hope that he has a good summer. Thank you to your whole family

I met Doreen and Neil back in November of 05, my son attends the same preschool as Aniello. After sitting and talking with Doreen, I learned about Aniello's cancer. How heartbreaking it must have been for the family to go through this. Aniello and my son have become good buddies, and I have become good friends with Aniello's mom Doreen. We are there for each other when needed, and I am glad that I met her. Good friends are hard to come by. Anyway, just wanted to say Hello, and if Doreen and Neil ever need anything, all they have do to is ask, and I will be there.

Aniello,
Hey there! I also love your new pictures! Looks like you had a super time. Alex went to a cancer camp by himself for a week and also had a great time...it's great to be so loved by all these people who we've never even met before..they care about us so much! It makes me want to do everything I can to show other people the same love. I hope someday we can meet you, Aniello. Alex would love it. If we come out East someday, we will get in touch with you and see if we can meet, ok? I hear there are some great beaches out your way! :)
Have a great rest of the summer!

How is your holiday season going already? We are doing great! We hope you are, too. Thanks so much for checking up on Alex. I'm glad to hear that nothing too exciting is happening with Aniello's condition...no news is good news, right? :) I love the song you have on the homepage, too. I have one question: who are those CUTE kids on the photo page!???? Is that you and your sister, Aniello? Wow! You are going to be a heartbreaker, buddy! And your sister as well, I'll bet. Dad better get a big stick to chase off all those guys. :) The beach picture looks like you were having a great time. We got to go to the beach recently in Florida and the kids just loved it. I think it was the least expensive activity with the best payoff in terms of fun for everyone. I think we took 20 pictures just watching the kids run around in the surf.
Well, we better go get the kids ready for school, but we are thinking of you and praying for you! You are in our Favorites folder!!

Hi Aniello & Family, just checking in on your family to see how everything is going. I'm glad to see that Aniello continues to do well. I see that his one year scans are coming up....waiting for that is brutal (we're still a nervous wreck with Kaylee's checkups and she's at the 2 year mark now!) Hopefully it gets better, I don't know. Anyhow, I'm sure that everything will be fine. It's great that our kids are so young and don't realize as many stresses as parents do. I see that Aniello is good at gymnastics....maybe he will be an Olympic gymnast, you never know (he's such a cutie)! Wishing your family all the best and great test results Oct 27th...the Parkers

HAPPY "LATE" Birthday ANIELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope your day was as great as you are. How was skating with Spider-Man???? I bet you had quite an expression on your face when you saw him. Did you have fun skating? Gabrielle is learning to skate with some princess skates that go over her tennis shoes. Hope you have a great week.

Hello Aniello, Briana, Doreen and Neal....Thank you for visiting Mickenzies' website. It means so much to us.

We used to live in New Jersey for quite a few years and still have family there (Monmouth, Ocean County) Mickenzies' sister and brother, Brittaney and Brendan were born at the Monmouth Medical Center. What a small world.

Hello Aniello and Family!

YAHOOO for Clear xrays, WTG!!! Katey is 1 year post treatment and now check ups are only every other month, Chest XRays every 4th month, and US of the belly every 6 months. Our clinic told us there is no protocol for post-tx care so every place makes up their own roadmap. Its kinda hard to know we aren't going to be followed as closely this 2nd year but we do have trust in Katey's future. Stay strong and healthy, Aniello. Enjoy the remaining days of summer and enjoy the start of school. LotsaHugs-n-prayers to you all~
