Thanks for your words of encouragement. What a beautiful little sweetheart you are!!!! So happy all is well....better than well,....wonderful! Praise God for NED! Olivia is going to start round 4 of chemo after stem cell harvest this week..Surgery will be after round 5. Where did you have your surgery? Was her tumor @ aorta and vena cava? Olivia's is around her aorta. We're trying to make surgery decisions and would love your input. thanks. too bad we're so far away,,,olivia would love to play with onika.

Just to let you know that my daughter had neuroblastoma stage 4 diagnosed at 6 months. Following 6 doses of chemo she was ready for surgery as her bones were clear.

Following surgery an mibg scan showed that she had NED. That was 10 months age and she is doing great. She has regular mri scans just to check.

I have just read your entry on the nb list and am glad that onika is doing so well. I will be thinking of you all and wish you every hapiness in the future.

Onika's case sounds very similar to my son Carson. He is 9 months old now, but was diagnosed at 5 months. Onika is a beautiful and tough little girl. Your daughter is an absolute little doll!!
Such a CUTIE- PIE!
I know how hard it is to see her go through all of this, but one positive thing is that she won't remember it when she is older. My son Daniel was age 3 when he was diagnosed (stage 4) and he has been NED for 28 months, and he doens't remember very much about his treatments. That is one blessing. For sure Victor and I will never forget though!
