I don't know if anyone checks on Melissa's caringbridge anymore or not. I have been looking in on another friend this past week and decided to look at yours. I just want to tell anyone that is interested that you had good check ups in May and are so happy to know that all is well with you. We are all looking forward to your 12th birthday in November. WE HAVE MASONS THIS FRIDAY (THE BONE MARROW AND CT) HE ALREADY HAD THE BONE SCAN BUT WHEN HE GOT A BAD COLD AND EAR INFECTION THEY WOULD NOT PUT HIM UNDER SO THOSE 2 TESTS GOT POST-PONED. IM SO GLAD TO HEAR THAT ALL IS WELL...YOU GUYS TAKE CARE AND ILL BE CHECKING FOR SOME NEW PICTURES.

melissa, I was so happy to hear the news on the scans. I think about you all of the time and wonder when we will get to see you again. Connor got out of the hospital the Tuesday after Memorial Day (end of May) and hasn't been in since. Quick knock wood. He is doing great. He even got a haircut a week ago. Wow, how far we have come. He still has 2 more years of chemo but we will be there eventually. So glad you are all doing well. You all deserve it.

We had a week of mission talks at church last week. The Vincentian Father who conducted it asked us to write an intention on a slip of paper and turn it in. Our intention was for Melissa and her battle witn neuroblastoma. The intention will be prayed for daily for the next year by the Vincentian Fathers at their Mission Center.
