Thank you for expressing so well what it is like to be the mom of an angel. The way I feel since losing our Laura, age 12, to neuroblastoma on Dec 22, 2006 is summed up pretty well but what you said: "not knowing whether you are dead or alive." I hope you will update again sometime.

What a beautiful litle girl who left this world to early. I never got to know her. I did not join the list until January of 2005. I can not imagine losing a child and sorry for the parents that have and are going through it now. You are a great person. I read your messages and know what a support you all for all the parents (angels and active treatment). You are a very special person. That much is obvious. Take care of yourself always.

I have not written since I went to Rebecca's grave on May 17, the eleventh month anniversary of her entrance to Heaven. It was a lovely spring day. Another friend of Rebecca's had come and we met and visited by Rebecca's picture on her grave marker. It was very peaceful and we thought of the joy she brought to all. We offered a prayer and felt her peace. It was another blessing Rebecca brought us. She will continue to bring blessings to all who ever knew her. I am thankful for the privilege God gave me of being her friend.
