**JACKSON'S JOURNAL**
WELCOME TO JACKSON'S PAGE. JACKSON WAS BORN ON JUNE 8, 1993. HE IS THE SECOND CHILD BORN TO US WITH AN UNKNOWN MUSCLE DISORDER. OUR DAUGHTER DIED AT 6 MONTHS OF AGE FROM RESPIRATORY DISTRESS. JACKSON HAS VERY WEAK RESPIRATORY MUSCLES CAUSING HIM TO GET PNEUMONIA OVER AND OVER. HE GETS MOST OF HIS NUTRITION THROUGH HIS G-TUBE. BECAUSE OF HIS INABILITY TO FIGHT INFECTIONS WELL, HE IS HOMEBOUND. JACKSON IS A VERY BRIGHT BOY AND HE GIVES US SO MUCH JOY. HE IS VERY BRAVE AFTER ALL HE HAS BEEN THROUGH. HE HAS FAR EXCEEDED ANY EXSPECTATIONS THAT THE DOCTORS GAVE HIM. PLEASE SIGN HIS BOOK FOR HE LIKES TO KNOW WHO VISITS. Some of you know that this past year has been hard for me and Jackson. His father and I are in the middle of a divorce. We have tried working things out several different times over the last year but this time I think we have left for good. We have been living with my parents and I have continued to go to school in hopes of getting my nursing degree. It has not been easy and when I get really depressed(which is quite often) I think of Jackson and how blessed I am. I am blessed in so many ways. Jacksons health has been okay, no hospitalization since november. Brandy got married and delivered a 1pound 10ounce little boy on march 14. He is in the NICU but seems to be doing great. He is almost 3 pounds. Nicole is also exspecting a little boy in sept. I guess they think there mom is lonely for a little company huh? lol. I thank everyone that continues to sign the guestbook and say prayers. I dont have a pc or laptop to do any updates, which is one reason why I couldnt keep getting him any happy mail. I cant do updates. Tonight I am at Brandys so I decided to do a long awaited update. He no longer has a po box and any mail will have to be sent to my moms. Hospital Information:
