Jill,
You are right-we were wondering about the two of you, but always realized there is no way we could comprehend what Sam's and your circumstances might deal you on any given day. Thank you so much for this update which was not only informative but inspiring!
We will catch up a bit with you with our Christmas Card and letter, which hopefully will be mailed by Christmas.
We are praying that you and your family will have the presence of God (II Thessalonians 3:16b), the peace of God (Philippians 4:6-7, II Thessalonians 3:16), the hope of His promises (Romans 15:13) and the comfort in the gift of your memories (II Corinthians 1:3-4), now and always.

Thank you, Jill, for sharing with us. Your faith is an inspiration! I will always remember our time together during the TOBI pilgrimage to Italy. Sam's stories were the best! My mom is living with Frank and I and we are doing our best to care for her. I just came home from a much needed retreat and will pray that you are able to get away for some alone time with the Lord. Praising God for His provision to heal and sustain thus far. Praising God for Sam's life and example and your example, too, Jill.
