Jill, thank you so much for the update! Since early 2020, (when all of our lives were upended), I've missed so much seeing you and Sam at the Y and keeping up with you. Your testimony through the past 4 years will stand through the ages as one of humble faith in our Lord. My plans have also been interrupted by The Lord as I also run a "full time senior care home" - caring for my 95 yo mother. The work is emotionally difficult and physically draining but as you so beautifully state, God is showing us what LOVE really is! I'll be praying for you and for Sam - what a lovely man you're married to! "But you, be strong and do not lose courage, for there is reward for your work." II Chronicles 15:7 đź’• Cindy

Dear Jill, THANK YOU so much for taking the time to share with so many how Sam and you are doing. I pray for Sam by name everyday at daily Mass and pray that my prayers have been some of the wind at your back as your life and Sam's life was changed in an instant 4 years ago. My cousin was in a similar accident over a decade ago and his life too was changed along with his family. God has bountifully provided for both families as the faith of everyone involved has remained strong and vibrant and the source of hope each day. May God bless you and Sam and all who provide you support all graces you need each day! With admiration and gratitude for your devotion to Sam and the Good Lord, Carlie Dixon (I worked with Terry Beatley from 2017-2020 and knew Sam through my association with Terry. He hosted Terry and me at a table at the Red Rose Dinner one year after the March for Life. You were there so we have already met!! I pray Sam has been able to take in the great news of "return to Constitutional order" that the Dobbs case has given us and the restoration of abortion policy to the people. Now the challenge is education!! May Sam's humble suffering add to the good being built up to defend the life of the unborn!! God bless you!!

Jill, thank you for this update. I was moved to read about the Lifetime Achievement Award.

You also deserve a Lifetime Achievement Award and hope you continue to experience the grace and courage to continue to achieve in loving obscurity with Sam.

Thanks for this, Jill. We were just in DC this weekend and remembering visits with you there years ago. So pleased to hear that Sam (and you) were able to be honored for the many years and hard work defending life. Thanks for sharing the prayer requests so we can pray with specificity for you and for Sam. We love you both!
