Oliver, this is really great to hear! I mean, the chemo sounds terrible, but the shrinking of the tumor and the non-spreading is so wonderful. I am not surprised that you are reacting to the poison better than 85% of people do. Sending love and praying. xo

Hi Oliver, I am sorry to learn of your diagnosis, but wanted to reach out. I wish you strength and courage as you go through this. I've been at MSK for the last several weeks and will be either there or a couple blocks away for the next couple months as my mother is fighting a rare form of leukemia. I'll be thinking about you as well and hoping for continued positive news. We've found the mantra written on the wall in my mother's room at MSK to be very helpful: "breathe in courage, exhale fear." -John

Over 15 years ago, I found the Corporate Angels flight from Corning to be a real blessing for getting to Sloan Kettering with my father for his P Cancer. Still remember their Fairchild Dornier aircraft/flight and the efficient ground transport into Manhattan. Made the trip very manageable. Glad this option is still available. Best of luck going froward.
