We want everyone to be aware of the most recent news. Dad has received news of multiple masses in his abdomen. We knew after his nephroureterectomy they had to leave some suspicion behind, but had no idea how much. Whatever was there has grown to large amounts. There is a mass wrapped around his back muscle and causes a great deal of pain when he is in dialysis as well as sleep and being anywhere for any length of time. There is another large mass on his liver.  He does not want to continue dialysis and we all completely understand. There is not an option for surgery or chemo. He has had some time to process and we have too. Hospice came yesterday and he has been set up.  At this point the goal is to make him as comfortable as possible. Please keep him in your prayers.  At this time, if you could please send my mom any messages through caring bridge as opposed to text or phone, it would be much appreciated. She will be checking and responding on here. Thank you.
