It's been a good couple days.  The day was uneventful on Wednesday - praise the Lord. No real side effects at this point.  We were able to come home at 7:10 last week.  It's a blessing that they have a 2 hour window where they can do the final blood draw and take vitals so that was nice. (rather than 8:45 pm, they could do it at 6:45 pm!)

This week Mike is going to be at the Trial center on Wednesday again from 8 am - 7 pm.  He also received a call that he has to have another biopsy on Thursday.  We didn't realize the next biopsy was coming that quickly, but it is what it is.  Thankful that Benjamin is done with school so he can drive him and be with him on Thursday.

We're getting used to alarms going off to remind us to take the medication out of the freezer, eat a meal, and take medication.  We're sitting at a 9:00 am/pm time right now so maybe eating dinner and a second "dinner" at 9 might help him gain a little weight again. 😀 

Another thing Mike has to do is to be diligent with sunscreen and/or protective clothing and hat because they are not sure of the interaction with the medication and sunshine. I just bought some new stuff that will hopefully work well for him.
