Yesterday afternoon, Josh was released from the hospital. He is setup with home health nurses to check on his PICC line and he is receiving two infusions of antibiotics through it every day until April 15th. Coincidentally, our son Solomon has surgery that day too.
He has had no fever since he's been home, but he's still weak and has a difficult time getting through tasks. He is still healing and his body needs a lot of time to recover from an infection of this magnitude.
We are so thankful that he is home!
There has been a
Go Fund Me setup to help with the bills that are behind due to his hospitalization. Our landlord is being so patient and understanding, so we aren't facing eviction or anything, but we are behind on rent and a few other bills that are unable to be paid right now. If you feel led to help, you can
donate here it would be so appreciated. He will return to work in the middle of next week, so we will be back on track to have income again.
