Just seeing this post, Holly, and not only is it wonderful and empowering to read this from you, but it also popped up at such an important time for me. Have been helping one of the greatest of friends in my life grapple with some challenging news. Your insights couldn't have reached me at a more timely and tough moment.

This is what you have been saying every day since your 2019 diagnosis. Your words and this message reach deep into our psyches and carry us forward each day informing our lives. Thank you, Holly, for sharing this message and your journey. I shared this with Philip as I've shared bits of your daily musings. He and I would like to share this message with others if that seems right to you and your fellow group member.

Holly, I love this so very much, and love you even more than that! You have achieved a remarkable state - and I'm sure there are times when that doesn't feel true, but my gods, woman, you are amazing!

It sounds as though this man achieved perfect awareness, spiritual enlightenment, and profound insight as a result of his experience. I know that you, too, have transformed yourself in response to a near-death experience in the past year. You will never again see the world the way you did before this shift in perspective . What a blessing, for you and for those following you on this journey!

Oh Holly, you are such a jewel! Thank you for sharing your support group member's feelings... it is so articulate, so to the point .. and it also is so YOU! I like the idea of having your trainer come back and help you gain more strength so you "can dance in circles, fly in circles, and flap your wings." It will be good for you! Love you, Dear Sister! Wow! What a beautiful way of life! Some of us have always felt this way, or mostly this way, more so at my age of 78. Do nothing that doesn't bring you joy! So happy you are getting your trainer back. I think it will inspire you to do all you can do until you can do more.
Love you, dear sister friend. You inspire us all.

Oh I just love that! So eloquent and unfussy. Thank you for sharing it.
I do feel like that a little bit since I developed cerebellar ataxia. Now that we're isolating, I feel it more.

And I'm so glad for you to work with your trainer. Muscle/core strength is everything!
Love, Nina 💕
