Your group member wrote a wonderful and very wise piece there. These could be your words, I see that; I did feel that same peaceful acceptance from you when you were first diagnosed. This is such good instruction on how to live fully day by day, whether one has received a diagnosis or not. We all have been diagnosed with the 'disease' of mortality, so sooner or later...

It's so good to be reminded to live every day as if it were your last -- or your first -- and really, your only. Or, said much more eloquently in the wonderful book, 'A Tree Grows in Brooklyn,' “Look at everything as though you were seeing it either for the first time or last time: Then your time on earth will be filled with glory.”

Thank you for sharing, Holly.

Being elemental is a beautiful thing and that was a stunning description of the discovery of it and setting it in action. I love to dance color and sing flight. But life forces me to need reminding to step from the daily superfluous back to the magic of being. I needed that today! Love you Holly! And thank your friend for that bit of profound.💗 Prayers for you to have healing success in your renewed strength training! You have so much more color to dance, dear one:💗

What a beautiful message, Holly. Thank you for sharing it. Rehiring your trainer sounds like an excellent move. Improved balance and muscle strength will make it that much easier to dance in circles and flap your wings. I do love that image and think we can all benefit from more dancing and wing flapping in these challenging times. You are showing us how to soar!

Wow, what a powerful and uplifting message! It's wonderful advice even for people who aren't facing a premature death. I'm so happy you are feeling well, and I hope your trainer can help with your muscle weakness and balance. I've been doing yoga and it has made a huge difference for me. Much love to you, Holly! <3

L.O.V.E. this, Holly, and am having "one of those days" where I'm drowning in must "to do's" where you're pondering how much of this is resulting in discordance re enjoying the small and precious moments of Life.

From early childhood [ -- far too early...], I lost a disproportionate number of close/close relatives and close/close friends and also, thru the yrs, dealt with helping others so close to me as they navigated their way thru really challenging health issues and for some, the closing chapters. While I have a daunting pile of things I absolutely have to get done, this is such an eloquent and important reminder that every second, minute and hour have special significance. Between what's happening with our environment globally and what's happening now with the Corona Virus etc, it is a particularly significant reminder.
