Dear Lida, thank you for sharing your experience. Herald is deep in my heart & was so alive that is hard to understand or accept that he has left this earth. Recently I went to my email & an email from Herald opened up. I felt his presence strongly & was uplifted by the connection. Sending you and Laura & the girls love & blessings. Kathy Cooper

Its a tough road to travel down. The holidays are the roughest. Loved your story of the fingerling potatoes. With all my heart I truly believe that was your brother reaching through to you to let you know he was there. Not everyone would have known that about him but he chose something you would recognize. What a blessing to have had a brothers love and to have shared all those wonderful memories.
Thinking of you always with love,
Novelle

Thank you for this Lida. I too cry at unexpected moments. Mainly in downward dog. Silly I guess but always reminds me of herald in the store with me and he did a downward dog. Right there in the middle of the store. So herald right?!?!? Anyway miss him every day.
Had dinner at Laura’s the other night. It was so nice to be able to sit and talk to her. Life inevitably moves forward and she is standing tall and looks amazing. We heard some great stories and laughed.
Hugs to everyone.

Very touching and beautiful Lida. Thanks for sharing. I hope you, Laura, Emily, Liza and Sarah can sense at some level, all the shoulders and backs that are wanting desperately to help you carry the grief and that it helps just a little bit.
