Harper had a rough couple weeks, she went from taking 80% of her feedings orally, to pretty much nothing.
She started getting extremely gaggy while bottling and her reflux increased significantly. We thought she was getting sick since it happened so quickly but after some time and some zantac for her reflux, she is back on track and doing better than ever!

In the last 2 days she went from taking 30% of her feedings orally, back up to around 80%. Plus shes been gaining weight like crazy so that 80% might just be enough to finally get her home. If her bottling continues this way, the doctor will take her off of her every 3 hour feeding schedule in the next day or 2 and let her be ad lib again and take feedings whenever shes hungry and as long as she gains weight she may actually be ready to come home this time! We're crossing our finger but not getting our hopes too high in case things dont work out again.

Harper has earned the title "fat and healthy" at a whopping 8lbs 9ozs with rolls and chubby cheeks.

She also has a new found love of fighting her sleep for 3 or so hours and getting super crabby. But it's kind of fun having her awake more!

And to top off the good news, her ROP disease in her eyes is officially regressing! Both eyes were stable at zone 1 stage 2 for about 9 weeks, now one eye is zone 2 stage 1, and the other is zone 2 stage 2. The next exam is in 2 weeks (hopefully outpatient) and we're hoping for mature eyes!
