Father you have no idea of all the good you brought to my families life. We are so thankful to have had You as our priest, and our friend. We love you and continue to pray for you.
Fr. Tighe,
Words can’t express our gratitude for meeting you upon starting Legatus here in NC. The world and we need holy priests to guide us in turbulent waters. From the moment we met you, we knew you were someone special - not just by your priestly vocation, but by your pure unadulterated love for Jesus and for souls. The waters may be rough for you now, but Jesus will call you across the waters and we know you will be unwavering in your focus on Him. We will be praying for a miracle while accepting God’s will. Peace be with you. We are so very blessed to have met you. Jamie and Andy

"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
Thank you, my dear friend for living, preaching, and teaching these words to so many. I remember all the times we got to share a meal somewhere around Wake Forest and how you made sure to care for every soul you encountered even in the smallest yet meaningful ways. For me, your wise counsel and unconditional love have been your gifts, shared with me, to help me grow spiritually, emotionally, and professionally.
"His master said to him, ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant. Since you were faithful in small matters, I will give you great responsibilities. Come, share your master’s joy.’"
