Today is 6 months since we all lost Ethan.  This morning, Pauline & I (and my brother & sister-in-law) woke up crazy early & headed down to the Eastern Market in Detroit.  We picked out a beautiful tree we thought Ethan would like & we planted it in our back yard in his memory.  Ethan loved the color red so we picked a "Coral Bark Japanese Maple".....the limbs turn a bright red color.

The last 6 months have been extremely painful & lonely with Ethan gone.  It has been really nice to have Cody home from college the last few weeks, I think we are smothering him, lol.  Last Sunday, Mother's day, was very tough for all of us, but especially for Pauline.  Pauline, Cody & I went to Midland and visited the Dow Gardens, and we had a great day.  

We are looking forward to seeing many of you on June 8th at the "Believe in Miracles Foundation" event.  Pauline bought some buttons for all of us who are representing Ethan at the event.
