Since I just finished Dawn's dragon stories this past week, I can't help connect the concept of a dragon to her cancer. Her dragons are mean. Yet, each one reveals the character's true hearts. Wishing for a kinder dragon for Dawn but fully aware of her fierce tenacity and beautiful heart. It comes out in her writing and of course, it is being most fully proven in this time with her cancer. Prayers for TSA, the plane and the trip. Prayers that you can all receive the grace you need in surprising ways.

God never promised to destroy suffering. But He did promise to be with you every inch of the way.
My prayer is for the three of you to have a loving and bonding experience every step of the way.

I will never forget holding you Danny as a newborn... I was so excited to become Aunt Pam at only 7 years old. What a blessing for you to celebrate your birthday in the Holy Land this year. Steve and I will continue to pray for God's favor and protection over the three of you as you travel. Sending our love with you!
