Howdy Folks,
Since my last update I have been on a preventative treatment plan, hoping to put the final nail in the cancers coffin. While the chemo has been light in comparison to previous treatments, it has started to wear on my body. I’ve developed a limp while I walk and if you don’t notice it, Ella or Abby will be sure to point it out 😂.
Yesterday, Dr. Milanovich and I sat down and we have agreed it’s time to stop treatments. Which is good news. All my scans have looked great in regards to cancer, and my lungs are under control with light steroids.
This means, for the first time in over 3 years I am done being treated for cancer. I have a long road recovering from the intense neuropathy, but Abby will be on my tail about PT. I hope golf and hunting counts as PT.
Thank you to everyone who was along for the ride, I am eternally grateful.
Signing off on CaringBridge, hopefully forever,
Colin
