Thank you Chuck and Leila for the updates. As we go through our regular days, I can’t tell you how often Mike and I talk about the tragedy and we are in awe of your strength during this journey. Carter is a very strong and determined young man which will help his recovery. We pray for Carter and for all your family everyday.
Hi Chuck!
My prayers are constant for you, Carter and your ENTIRE family. I like to believe, all of us here at work, we are your work family too!! These updates are SO AMAZING! I am in love with the turtle and the #tag t-shirt in the photos. It would be SOOOO awesome to purchase those to help support Carter. Is there a way to buy them?! :) If anyone else reading my comment knows how I can, please feel free to let me know. tanya.mccarte@oracle.com
I'm sure I have no words that have not already been offered, but please know that you are in our prayers as well. Your family's ability to keep your eyes on Jesus through it all is a huge gift of grace. Blessings - Ed
Hi Chuck, Leila, Carter and family,
Thank you Chuck for the update on Carter. So thankful to hear he is improving every day. God is the Great Physician. So glad you are feeling the prayers. How are you other boys doing? Do they need anything we could help with in Colorado? Continuing to pray for all of you. Love you allđź’•

Thank you for the daily updates. Leila, I think of you ever time I pass your church, which is often. As a former church musician, I know this is THE WORSE time of year to be out of commission. But I know your staff already has everything covered, and you need not spend one iota of energy on South Suburban. Also, your studio will survive, and think of the large group of folks who love you and are praying for you!
As a former scuba diver, my heart goes out to you, Carter, even though you don't know me. I know that the diving community at large is some of the most considerate and safety conscious folks on the planet. It's heartwarming to read of how your community has been with you each and every step of this journey.
Chuck, you don't know me either, but feel like I'm beginning to know you through your posts. I respect Leila for so many reasons, and I'm sure you and your kids are all exceptional too.
Anyway, yet another friend holding the ropes for you through prayer in Littleton CO. Elaine Van Dellen, NCTM
