Dear Leila, I am so heartbroken to learn what happened, but so relieved that you have so much support and such wonderful doctors and nurses taking care of your son. I've been praying for Carter every day. I attend Truth Point church and although I haven't met him personally, I appreciate Carter's dedication to serving our church family through his gifts in music. I pray that as Carter heals, God will allow him to continue in his musical gifting and that it will be a beautiful part of his restoration and joy. 1 Peter 5:10

On Thanksgiving, I listened as my daughter Erin, tearfully informed me of Carter's situation.
Though I only know Levi, it is plain to see what a wonderful, supportive family you are and I'm so gratified to know she will be joining you in Florida soon.
I continue to pray for Carter's recovery both physically & emotionally.

Hello. I am Glenn Grosshanten's grandmother and learned about Carters story from him. His mom and I have been following you posts and have cried through them and today Learned of Carter's humorous comments. How wonderful it must be to hear his voice.
I have been praying for him and you many times a day. It seems to me that he has a strong body, a strong spirit and a strong family. It is hard to believe how this kind of tragedy can lead to good but I pray that the promise from God's word will one day bring you all peace.
I look forward to reading about Carter's progress and triumphs.
