Andrea had a Pet/CT scan on Monday, June 10th as a check to see if there would be continued response with the treatment and the results were very positive following her review of the scan with her oncologist this morning.  It did show a very good response even from the last Pet/CT scan that was good in December.  There were some mets in the bones that decreased in FDG uptake and two went up slightly, there was a resolution of liver mets meaning nothing was picked up there anymore after them showing up on the last few scans.  This is positive news especially with her treatment being adjusted due to side effects that have improved significantly also. She will be having another scan in roughly 4 months to assure everything is going well.

Thanks again for all your loving support over the past few months. We are beyond blessed for this gift.  We know this is a forever battle but news like this always gives us hope and faith in this process!
